Very pleased with the standard of work
Really disappointing customer service. Ended up taking car to another garage after they repeatable said they would get round to doing the work. In the end my car was there 6 days and they still didn't look at it. Repeatable when I rang up got told that the person dealing with it was out and would call me back, they never called me back once. Manager didn't even seem bothered that I was taking it to another garage or try and persuade me to still use them. VERY SHODDY.

Just had my BMW 320d remapped at Branston garage and the service was fantastic. Very professional throughout the process and the remap was fantastic. At least a 10% improvement in MPG and so much smoother to drive. Highly recommended.
I was struggling with an issue on my wife's car that the dealer couldn't fix but still wanted silly money for diagnosis. I was recommended these guys and they found the problem and fixed it for considerably less that the dealer wanted just to look. I will use them from now on, really good diagnostics setup.
